Available Positions

1. Festival Organizer Assistant (SEED Program)
Duration: Full-Time, 12 weeks starting May 20
Key Activities: Assist with answering phone calls, reply to audience inquiries, coordinate sponsor benefits, support social media initiatives, assist the Artistic Director, and provide support to event grounds personnel.

2. Festival Organizer (Canada Summer Jobs)
Duration: Full-Time, 8 weeks starting June 24
Key Activities: Operate the festival office, serve as the main point of contact for the community, manage daily operations, support the Artistic Director, and assist in promotional activities.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for dynamic, organized, and enthusiastic team players who are:

  • Proficient in English; French is an added advantage.
  • Holders of a valid driver’s license.
  • Skilled in using Google productivity tools (Docs, Drive, Sheets) and have strong digital communication abilities.
