Thank you for your interest in participating in the 2024 Larlee Creek Hullabaloo as a food vendor. This year the Hullabaloo will be held on Wednesday, August 7th, 2024, to Sunday, August 11th, 2024 throughout our community as well as on the festival grounds adjacent to Baird’s Campground in picturesque Perth-Andover, New Brunswick.

This year’s festival includes a variety of East Coast and Inter/National musicians, as well as some up and coming talent that crosses many musical genres.  

The fee for 2024 is $100/day. Please note that if you require more than 15 amps, there may be additional fees.

Gates open to the public at 5:30 pm on Thursday, 6:00 pm on Friday and again at 11:00 am on Saturday.  The festival ends at approximately 12:30am Sunday.    

Below you will find an APPLICATION and INSTRUCTIONS to be a vendor at the Hullabaloo. Once we receive your application, we will review your request and if accepted, we will send you a confirmation of your participation.

TEMPORARY FOOD SERVICE APPLICATION: All food and beverage providers MUST complete the temporary food service establishment application form and submit it to the local department of health.

DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH STANDARDS: Hand washing guidelines and food safety guidelines must be strictly followed at all times. Hot soapy water and paper towel must be on site at all times.

TYPE OF VENDING: Please list the specific food items you will be selling: NOTE: No beverage or foods are to be served unless the festival committee has given prior approval.

ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS: Please indicate below the appliances you will be using. Your space will come with available 110V 20 Amp service.

EQUIPMENT: Please bring your own tables, chairs, and extension cords. All outlets will be cord-connected. All extension cords must be of good and heavy quality, capable to carrying the amperage needed for the specific appliance.

MAINTENANCE: You are responsible for cleaning the tables and grounds under and immediately surrounding your vending area continuously during the entire event. All vendors are responsible for collecting and carrying away any garbage.

FIRE/WATER CODES: There will be certified fire extinguisher on the premises. A water source is available but we strongly recommend that you bring your own jugs or containers of water.

The Hullabaloo Festival dates are as follows:

  • Set up is Friday, August 9th between the hours of 2:00 to 4:00 pm or Saturday, August 10th before 10am.
  • We do prefer that vendors are available to participate on both Friday and Saturday on festival grounds. Thursday may also be an option.
  • Vehicle access through the festival gates to the artisan village will close at 5 pm on Friday and 10:00 am on Saturday. All vehicles must exit by these times.
  • Vendors are asked to participate during the hours of 6:00 pm – 12:00pm on Friday, and 12:00 pm to 12:30 am on Saturday.
  • Tear down will take place after the festival closes on Saturday night or if needed on Sunday, August 11th at noon.


  • Space on the grounds approximately 20 x20 and electrical service.
  • Lighting, electrical hook up and public garbage receptacles.


  • Table(s), chairs, coolers, food refrigeration or warming appliances, propane or other heating sources in compliance with applicable fire, safety, and health regulations, fire extinguisher (if possible), extension cords, power bars and individual lighting.
  • A well-maintained, safe, clean area.
  • Courteous, friendly staff.
  • Signage to identify your business/service agency.
  • A visual posting of the temporary food permit license. 

Other Requirements/Information

  • All equipment used during the festival is the responsibility of the vendor.   
  • All vendors must complete and follow all food safety and Public Health requirements as listed in the temporary food service guidelines.    
  • The vendor will monitor, sell, maintain and remove all food, leftovers and trash. Please leave your area as clean as when you arrived.    
  • Each vendor will receive a maximum of 4 free staff passes. The pass will identify your staff member during his/her work shift.  If you have more than 4 workers, you will be asked to submit the names and their respective work times. At the end of a shift, the worker(s) must go to the admissions gate, return the pass and exit the festival grounds. If he/she wishes to remain on the grounds an admission fee must be paid. The vendor passes are for working staff only.     
  • Your area must be completely set up, open and ready for business when the gates open on Friday at 6 pm, or if Saturday only, by noon.  
  • Please remain set up and open until the last band finishes and the crowd leaves. Tear down may take place at the end of the event or on Sunday afternoon. 
  • Security is not provided for individual spaces. Please ensure that your area is supervised and secure at all times.
  • No alcohol may be brought into the vendor area to be consumed at your booth.
  • ALL PUBLIC HEALTH and provincial guidelines MUST be followed.
