The mandate of the Larlee Creek Hullabaloo includes giving back to the community where opportunities exist. We make every effort to host local events between festivals, contribute to local school /community music programs and foster the dreams of aspiring artists. Supplies and services required to host the festival are purchased locally wherever possible, and we encourage our audience to support local businesses while attending our event.

To date, and thanks to the support of our partners and audience, we’ve been able to make multiple donations to local school music programs, including donations towards the purchase of instruments, host live musical performances in schools, and host annual school Music Camps.

With the support of our community, we’re able to host live performances between festivals, and during our festival week. Whether on the river, at a local venue, or in a community space, we’re grateful to bring music to the Village of Perth-Andover.

Including local aspiring, emerging and professional artists in our programming is important to festival organizers. Emerging and professional artists with roots in our community are included in our programming each year.
